8:00 AM – 9:30 AM | Vendor Load-In & Setup

  • Vendor check-in and booth setup

  • Stage, sound, and awards setup

  • Final staff briefing

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Vendor Marketplace Open

  • Vendor booths open and actively selling

  • Event open to consumers and general attendees

  • Ongoing vendor-to-consumer sales

  • Casual networking throughout the day

 

Vendors receive 6 full hours of selling time

4:00 PM | Consumer Exit

  • General consumers exit the event floor

  • Transition to private programming

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Awards & Private Networking Hour

  • Vendor recognition and awards presented

  • Business-only networking hour

  • Attendees include:

    • Vendors

    • Sponsors

    • Business owners

    • Decision-makers

    • Industry professionals

 

This hour is designed for higher-level conversations, partnerships, and follow-ups.

5:00 PM – 5:30 PM | Comedy Session (Pending Sponsorship Goals)

  • Light entertainment to close the event

  • Optional attendance

  • Sponsor recognition during the session

5:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Vendor Breakdown & Load-Out

  • Booth teardown and exit
